By using this website ("Service") you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service") with Sun Ancon Machine Australia - New Zealand - ABN 49685968536.

Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Sun Ancon Machine Australia - New Zealand reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. This page contains the most current version of the Terms of Service.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account. While Sun Ancon Machine Australia - New Zealand prohibits such conduct, you understand and agree that to use the Service at your own risk.

Account Terms

  • You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
  • You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
  • Your login may only be used by you or your family members. There are no restrictions on the number of logins you can create.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Sun Ancon Machine Australia - New Zealand cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs from your account.
  • You agree that Sun Ancon Machine Australia - New Zealand can send you booking reminders, relevant information and other marketing via phone, SMS and/or email. You can opt out of any marketing.
  • You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not use this Service to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws.
  • You must not post or submit false information to the Service.
  • In its sole discretion, Sun Ancon Machine Australia - New Zealand has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other Sun Ancon Machine Australia - New Zealand service, for any reason, at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account, or denial of access to your Account. Sun Ancon Machine Australia - New Zealand reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Fees

  • Credit card security is implemented using secure SSL encryption on all transactions and may be stored at a secure, trusted, PCI compliant payment gateway and used by Sun Ancon Machine Australia - New Zealand for payment processing.
  • All fees and transactions are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties."

Cancellation Rates

  • Cancellations of less than 48 hours before the booking will not incur any penalty.
A cancellation does not automatically refund payment of products or services. Any amount not subject to the cancellation fee, is credited towards your account balance at Sun Ancon Machine Australia - New Zealand.

 

Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy

There are 2 separate conditions in this section depending on the goods you purchase.

1.  For HTE Products, Sun Ancon Chi Machine, E-Power, Ceramic Heater, Soqi bed, Energy Wand, FIR Belt and E-Power extra belt.

We are not obligated to refund if;

  • you simply changed your mind;
  • you misused the product or service in any way that contributed to the problem;
  • you asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted;
  • a problem with a service was completely outside of the business’ control;
  • You found the product cheaper at another store;
  • You don’t like it;
  • You bought the wrong one

REPAIR:

If the product is faulty we accept a free repair while still under factory warranty.

RETURN FOR REPAIR

Prior to returning, you must first contact Chi Machine Australia to request for a return authorization number. You will responsible for paying to ship the return item back to Chi Machine Australia for repair. Items returned without authorization number will NOT be accepted.

SHIPPING

Here at Chi Machine Australia, we take care in packing all items being shipped out of our store, please check your order as soon it arrives, if the goods arrives at its destination damaged please contact us immediately.

All items are packed double carton box and ship with either DHL or TNT reliable quality service couriers (dependent on what area you are in Australia or NZ). 

  • Please allow up to three (3 to 4) Business days for packing, processing, and shipment of your item.
  • With each purchase, tracking information will be emailed to the customer’s designated email address. This enables all orders to  be tracked with the information or tracking number.
  • All orders require a signature upon delivery
  • All questions concerning shipping delays, returns and damages can be directed to sales@chimachineaustralia.com.au

WRONG OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Chi Machine Australia cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, GPO’s or Parcel lockers. We only ship to residential / home and office addresses. 
Should an address be incorrect and the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
If the address is incorrect and the delivery is refused or unable to be completed, then the order will be returned to Chi Machine Australia.

RESHIPMENT –
The customer will bear the cost for re-delivery and additional shipping charges.

REDIRECTION

In the case that the delivery address needs to be changed after the order has been processed, a $15.00 redirection cost will be charged. Additionally, the order may take an extra 2-3 business days to arrive.
To avoid these costs, we recommend that you double check your address details to ensure that all information provided is correct and in full.

2.  FOR NONI BY NEWAGE: Max, Noni Collagen and Tahitian Noni

90 Day Guarantee;
We are confident our products will work for you.  If you are not happy with the results after taking the product daily for 90 days, we’ll give you a full credit, exchange or refund (less shipping charges) – no questions asked.  Simply return the used and/or empty containers to Morinda within 90 days of the first purchase of the product.

To return a product, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting our Customer Service department AU 1800 008 791 / NZ 0800 443 064. Please write the RA number on the outside of the box you’re shipping back and sent it to:

Morinda reserves the right to refuse refunds for quantities that cannot reasonably be consumed within 90 days.  Promotional and certain specialty items may have more restricted conditions for returns.

Shipping is at your own cost and non-refundable.

  • Sun Ancon Machine Australia - New Zealand reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
  • Prices of all Services are subject to change with or without notice.
  • Sun Ancon Machine Australia - New Zealand shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Vouchers

  • Unused vouchers cannot be transferred between clients.
  • Purchases containing multiple vouchers can only be used by a single person and cannot be split between people.
  • Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

General Conditions

  • Your use of this website is at your sole risk. The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
