There are 2 separate conditions in this section depending on the goods you purchase.
1. For HTE Products, Sun Ancon Chi Machine, E-Power, HotHouse, Soqi bed, Energy Wand, FIR Belt and E-Power extra belt, Indicator pen.
We are not obligated to refund if;
- you simply changed your mind.
- you misused the product or service in any way that contributed to the problem.
- you asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted.
- a problem with a service was completely outside of the business’ control.
- You found the product cheaper at another store;
- You don’t like it;
- You bought the wrong one
Should Chi Machine Australia agree to the return of any product for refund, transaction costs incurred by Chi Machine Australia will be deducted before issuing the refund.
REPAIR:
If the product is faulty we accept a free repair while still under factory warranty.
RETURN FOR REPAIR
Prior to returning, you must first contact Chi Machine Australia to request for a return authorization number. You will responsible for paying to ship the return item back to Chi Machine Australia for repair. Items returned without authorization number will NOT be accepted.
SHIPPING
Here at Chi Machine Australia, we take care in packing all items being shipped out of our store, please check your order as soon it arrives, if the goods arrives at its destination damaged please contact us immediately.
All items are packed double carton box and ship with either DHL or TNT reliable quality service couriers (dependent on what area you are in Australia or NZ).
- Please allow up to three (3 to 4) Business days for packing, processing, and shipment of your item.
- With each purchase, tracking information will be emailed to the customer’s designated email address. This enables all orders to be tracked with the information or tracking number.
- All orders require a signature upon delivery
- All questions concerning shipping delays, returns and damages can be directed to sales@chimachineaustralia.com.au
WRONG OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Chi Machine Australia cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, GPO’s or Parcel lockers. We only ship to residential / home and office addresses.
Should an address be incorrect and the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
If the address is incorrect and the delivery is refused or unable to be completed, then the order will be returned to Chi Machine Australia.
RESHIPMENT – The customer will bear the cost for re-delivery and additional shipping charges.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping is at your own cost and non-refundable.
